You could hear the wedding bells ring as we headed for our limo, with our guests yelling their good wishes and tossing rose petals our way. That was the type of wedding ceremony we had. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. There was everything for to pull off the perfect wedding ceremony and reception.
Everything from the lovely invitations to the fantastic party favors for our guests was in their wonderful collection of wedding supplies. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. There was a gorgeous flower girl basket and ring pillow among all the accessories that I decided to buy for our ceremony. It was actually more than the basket and pillow, it also had my wedding garter, guest book and pen set, in a gorgeous rich garnet. A five piece wedding set that wasn’t very expensive at all.
I also picked out an aisle runner along with other accessories for our wedding. The process of selecting the wedding bell was really a great one. After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I thought that was a great idea.
I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted our reception tables to shine with elegance, so the first thing I ordered were the crystal toasting flutes. There were twisted stemmed flutes which I ordered for our guests and a special toasting flute set I ordered especially for the bride and groom for our table. As an extra wedding favor for our friends and family I decided to choose wedding bells favors.
There were so many lovely accessories, that I really wanted to buy them all, but that would have been going a little overboard on the décor. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They were specially designed with a calla lilie on each one. I also chose these very elegant looking favor boxes with a little thank you tag on them, for the wedding favors. The shiny gift boxes added that extra sparkle to our guests tables. On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.
The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I decided on a beautiful heart with calla lilies and ribbon as our cake topper. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and reception. I had to go back online where I bought our wedding album and puchase a second album for all the pictures that were taken at the wedding and reception. We have quite a few pictures of the the cake cutting and sharing of the first piece. I have pictures of our friends and family, the ring boy and flower girl on the dance floor together and our first dance as husband and wife.
I’m so glad everyone had such a wonderful time, and I received so many compliments on the decorations of the wedding and reception. I plan on having another wedding ceremony and reception for our anniversary one year and I was so glad to hear that my wonderful husband thinks that’s a fantastic idea.

We had a lovely little communion party for our daughter. I planned on giving our guests lovely communion favors to mark this special party. The gifts in the shops I went to just didn’t strike my fancy. So I decided to check online and see what items they may have for our communion party. There were a lot of religious themed items that I chose for the tables, like these beautiful cross decorated votive candles. I chose decorative tins filled with candy for the grown ups and the children received candies packaged in adorable little teddy bear containers as their first communion party favors. As extra party favors I ordered these really sweet religious picture frames with a silver cross. They were so pretty that I thought I’d buy some for my bookshelf as well.
It was almost like we were looking for her wedding dress, instead of a dress for her communion. I know that day isn’t as far ahead of us as I would like it to be. Her beautiful dress and veil made her look so much like a miniature bride. I guess a wedding reception and communion party isn’t all that much different. We had a cake decorated for the occasion, hired a band and made a buffet of different foods for the guests. We tried to keep things as simple as possible but at the same time show her how proud we were of her and make this a day she’ll never forget. I also bought a girls pink photo album for her to have as her very own with pictures of her first holy communion day and the party with her friends and family. I did go to a bakery for her cake, but as far as the food, we didn’t use caterers, some of the ladies helped me out by preparing some dishes of their own to bring. There were at least four different kinds of salads, including a great tasting potato salad, and vegetable dishes, fried chicken and more. We had a fantastic dinner to share with our family and our best friends. It turned out to be a very nice evening and everyone seemed to have a good time, including our daughter. We bought our daughter a very lovely gold cross and had her name put on it, and she got some very exquisite gifts from our friends and family too.
All during the party I was picturing her wedding day and I could see my little girl walking down the aisle to join her husband to be. She’s growing up so fast and before you know it I will be helping her plan her wedding day and picking out reception accessories with her, for real. At least when it does come to that, I’ll know where to send her for her wedding supplies and accessories for her reception. Not only do they have a fantastic communion party favor section, but they have pretty nice wedding supplies too. There is quite a selection of wedding supplies and decorations for both ceremony and reception. There is even more than communions and weddings to check out too. In fact, I saved this particular site to my desktop, because there are also quite a few suggestions for birthdays and graduations. There was an excellent choice of wedding accessories to choose from. I purchased almost all of the wedding and reception supplies from them. But when I was looking for the bridesmaid gifts, I couldn’t make up my mind which of the lovely items would be the best. They had a fantastic list of gifts to say thank you to my bridesmaids. My fiance had no problem finding exactly what he wanted for his groomsmen gifts. He just went online, found these really unique shot glasses for the guys and that was it. With me, I’m on there everyday looking at the selection over and over again, trying to make a decision.
I thought about ordering the beautiful jewelry boxes they have to offer, then I would see the gorgeous bracelet and start thinking about that gift. Thank goodness it was much easier picking out our items for the ceremony and reception party. My mind was already made up on the supplies and accessories. They had everything I needed for my autumn wedding ceremony. They had everything to go with the fall colors and décor I wanted. I chose my flower basket and ring bearer pillow that were made for the perfect fall wedding. Not only did I order all of my accessories for the reception, but I sent for my flower girl basket and added on a beautiful aisle runner as well.
They have some fantastic fall themed ideas for receptions that I really loved. You can even order beautiful favor boxes for the unique wedding favors they offer, and the place cards and holders they have are pretty exceptional too. I know our friends and family will really be impressed with their party favors we got for them. We had 200 guests and I ordered 201 wedding favors, because I liked them so much, I thought it would make a great keepsake to add with my other momentos. They were some of the prettiest glass coasters you can imagine. When I chose our cake topper, it didn’t take me near as long as it did for all the other accessories. Even though my first choice would have been the fairytale topper, I chose an exquisite heart with our names added. If I were having a fairytale wedding though, I know exactly which topper I would have chosen. I would have been ordering the castle topper for a storybook wedding. It was truly elegant and would have made the perfect choice for a fairytale theme.
If I had no problems choosing all my accessories and reception supplies, why did I have such a hard time picking a bridesmaid gift idea? There were some very nice deals on some of these gifts as well as the accessories. You could even find bridesmaids gifts that you could pick up at a discount. After about a week of going back and forth with all the gifts available, I narrowed it down to two. It was either going to be the lovely silver jewelry boxes or the exquisite silver bracelet. I had to make my decision, and I tried to hurry with it as fast as I could, but it took a few more days to do so. But low and behold, I did make that decision. I decided to buy both. They were each getting a beautiful silver bracelet and a just as beautiful jewelry box to keep it in. I think my bridesmaids are worth the extra gift, and it wasn’t all that expensive either.
Our wedding day was all I had hoped it would be. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a lot of fun. Many of our guests told use how lovely everything was and how nice their wedding favors were. The groomsmen liked the shot glasses and my girls said they loved the bridesmaids gifts we had for them too. This day will live in my memory forever.

I decided, after looking at many wedding suggestions, to have a themed ceremony and reception party. Now the decision was which theme to use. It sounded like a lot of fun to have a country western themed wedding. I thought maybe we could have an old fashioned barn dance at the reception. Then there was the seasonal wedding themes, and since we were getting married in the summer, I thought about a beach wedding. We could have a great time, swimming, partying on shore and watching a gorgeous sunset in the background. There were so many themed ceremonies and reception parties to choose from. And they had every accessory online from decorations to a wedding knife server to match every theme. All the themed suggestions were quite unique, but it was the fairytale theme that I liked the best.
Now it was time to look for the fairytale themed accessories and supplies I needed for the theme I chose. The first thing I bought was the wedding invitations for our guests. After that I went on to the wedding décor and the other accessories I would need. I wanted a wedding fit for Cinderella. The decorations for the church were the first thing I wanted to get. We used satin bows on the end of each pew row and draped a tulle swag from row to row. Tall vases filled with flowers were all around the altar, and tapered candles in fairytale holders were place on the sides of the unity candle.
As our guests entered the church they signed their names in our fairytale themed guestbook, which was absolutely gorgeous. This was the most beautiful storybook wedding ceremony I could have ever wished for. The flower girl was so cute, and the ring boy looked very handsome as they perfectly performed their duties at the ceremony. We took a carriage ride to the reception, just like Cinderella and her Prince left their ceremony.
All the tables at the reception were sparkling with crystal and silver and the entire reception hall was lavishly decorated with flowers. Every table in the reception hall had gorgeous crystal champagne flutes with decorated stems to go with our storybook theme. The place card holders on the guests tables were adorable little castles. I filled adorable carriage designed favor boxes with little candies for each place setting at the reception.
All the reception tables looked elegant, but the wedding table of the bride and groom outshined them all. It was a table fit for a king and his queen. At the end of our wedding table, was the wedding cake table, with our beautiful five tier cake and gorgeous storybook topper. They have everything where I bought our reception supplies, even the perfect wedding cake topper in a storybook theme for our gorgeous cake. I saw a gorgeous wedding knife in a storybook theme with a very decorative handle. I really liked the wedding knife set, so now I wanted to make everything else perfect! The knife set just added to the décor of our wedding cake and topper.
We danced our wedding dance right after the best man said a few words and toasted to our happiness. Our favorite song is by all for one and is “ I Swear” and that’s the one we danced to. Once we were done with our wedding dance, the other couples joined us on the dance floor. I’m glad I bought the gorgeous fairytale photo album to store my wedding pictures in, because I’m going to have quite a few of them to treasure. Just before we left for our honeymoon, some of the guests thanked us for the lovely fairytale wedding favors we gave them.
Don’t ever let someone tell you that fairytales can’t come true, it did for us.

I started looking for all the accessories and supplies I needed for our wedding day, just as soon as we set the date. I’m a dedicated online shopper and so, of course, that’s the first place I went to find what I needed. With all the great accessories and reception supplies I found online, it was easy to find what I needed for our wedding. From invitations to fantastic wedding favors gifts for our guests, they had it all.
To start with we decided that we wanted to have a theme wedding and we agreed to make it a beach themed wedding and reception. Our friends and us have spent many days on the beach, since we were kids, growing up here and it seemed like the perfect place for our wedding.
I immediately picked out our beach wedding invitations and made sure our potential guests received them promptly. Everyone answered with a definite yes, and everyone seemed really excited about sharing this day with us. Now, since the invitations were taken care of, I could concentrate on finding the bridal accessories I want for my wedding. Shopping online has almost become a hobby for me, but even I couldn’t believe what a wonderful selection of discount bridal accessories they had to offer. The first thing ordered was the exquisite hair comb and tiara to wear on my wedding day. Not only did I find the perfect hair accessories, but my wedding jewelry too. I ordered a beautiful necklace and earring set that looked absolutely fantastic with my gown. It had little pearls and crystals entertwined and gave such a luxurious sparkle to my ensemble.
There was an amazing bridal fashion display that was so beautiful and even reasonable in price. I ordered some things for our honeymoon too. A short wedding dress would have probably been the wiser choice, since we were getting married on the beach, but I had to have my full length dress. My bridesmaids wore a light weight satin dress for my wedding and so did my little flower girl. Everyone of them looked stunning and my flower girl was so adorable.
There were tiki torches and those little white christmas lights everywhere and a dance floor my fiance had fixed there. I had sailboat place card holders and placed seashells and starfish all around the tables. I didn’t want to give our guests some useless wedding favor that would be stuck in a drawer and forgotten, so we gave them beach themed picture frames as thank you gifts. I think the picture frames I chose were to their liking.
On the bride and groom table were our toasting flutes, lovely candles in their beach theme holders and lots of lovely tealights. All the supplies and accessories for our wedding reception was decorated in an oceanside motif, and so was our cake topper. A man and woman taking a casual walk on the shore was the wedding cake topper I chose for our reception. With all the items and bridal accessories they had available, it was easy to make this wedding and reception a total success. For those that weren’t into seafood, we made sure we had plenty of steaks and chicken for them. We all had a wonderful time enjoying good food and good music to dance too. It was a little sad when we had to leave for our honeymoon and everyone was still partying it up.
After we returned from our honeymoon, I had to get down to writing all the thank you notes to our guests. My beach themed picture album has all the memories within its beautiful covers for me to enjoy anytime I want to look back on our special beach wedding and reception.

I needed some fresh ideas for my daughters sixteenth birthday party. A friend of mine said she went online and found a lot of accessories and party favors for her daughters party. So I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t believe all the nice table accessories and party favors that were available. There were a lot of accessories I found that would be perfect for her party. There were cookie cutters I used to make cookies in the shape of the number 16 for her guests.
I talked to my daughter and got her views on what type of party she wanted to have, and she decided on a roller skating and slumber birthday party. I then made reservations at the roller rink in town. Next, came the invitations for all of her closest girl friends. It wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought it would be. They had a great package deal for birthday parties, with pizza, hot dogs and refreshments. At home I had everything set up for the party to continue. I put up decorations, fixed a table with a few goodies to snack on, along with the sweet 16 cookies I prepared earlier.
I ordered more than the cookie cutters when I went shopping online. Since I was getting by so cheap with this party, I ordered extra gifts from the selection of sweet sixteen favors for her and her friends. I ordered some adorable pink photo albums for all the girls, and disposable cameras for them to take pictures of the party. They all knew about the cameras, so they could take pictures at the roller rink, but they had no clue about the albums I bought for them. Even though they took a lot of photos at the roller rink, they all saved some picture taking for the sleepover.
One of the favors was a cosmetic bag that had each girls initial on the front button. Along with that I also bought compact mirrors and manicure sets that matched their bags. I bought festive little favor boxes and filled them with candies for each of the girls. At home, her sweet sixteen party favor and presents awaited, and we took care of that as soon as we got there. We picked up movies on the way home for the girls and I made sure they had plenty of snacks and drinks, so they were all set for the night. After they got tired of dancing to their favorite tunes, they decided to give make overs and manicures to each other. They were having a lot of fun together.
When the noise starting dwindling down they got out the bowls of popcorn and started watching their movies. Even though I tried to stay out of the way, when they asked me to watch a movie with them, I jumped at the chance. It made me feel good that they wanted to include me. They actually made it through the first two movies before they started nodded off, one by one. Soon, the only ones awake were me and my daughter, but she didn’t last much longer. With her eyes almost closed, she told me how much she loved her birthday party and thanked me.
The next morning the girls were up before I was and had already had their breakfast and cleaned up from last nights festivities. I thought that was very thoughtful of them to do that for me. They hung around with my daughter for a couple of hours, then the kids started heading for home. As they were leaving, the girls thanked me for the wonderful time they had and all of the sweet sixteen ideas I bought for them. It’s really neat being considered a cool mom.

Planning an outside wedding wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. It turns out that it was a lot cheaper in cost than it would have been to have an indoor wedding. Having the natural beauty of the outdoors saved us a lot of money on decorations. The first thing on my agenda was to find that perfect place to hold our summer wedding and reception party. Instead of having our wedding ceremony and reception on the beach or in a garden, I chose to have it in the park. I found several perfect parks that would work fine for our wedding day.
I decided to go online and get some expert advice on how to plan the perfect outdoor wedding. If you’re going to have your ceremony outside, it’s a good idea to have an alternative plan just in case the weather turns on you. It’s a good idea to have a tent ready to continue your ceremony if it becomes necessary.
Plan “A” was setting up a gorgeous trellis for our ceremony to be performed under and canopies for the reception. I only had to get decorations for my bridal table and the reception tables for our friends and family. About all I needed were a extra flowers and my table settings, thanks to the already present beauty of the park. I thought artificial flowers would be best, since we didn’t want a bee invasion ruining our ceremony. The only way you could tell that the flowers were artificial, was by touch, they were beautiful. Planning this wedding wasn’t all that hard, but there was a little more than I expected. Even though some summer wedding favors are fantastic, the heat can totally destroy your gorgeous wedding cake.
As far as table décor, I found so many fantastic accessories for our reception. As centerpieces for our reception tables I used citronella votive candles and place them in glass globes with flowers around them, and used park bench place card holders for each guest. I found very decorative favor boxes and used them to package the chrome bottle openers we bought for our friends and family as a summer wedding favor. For our wedding table, of course, was our fabulous wedding cake with a very unique wedding cake topper.
While shopping for my wedding accessories I saw this topper and couldn’t resist it. They were customized toppers for the wedding couple. After I sent them a head shot of my fiance and myself they made our bride and groom topper to look exactly like us. Talk about the best wedding keepsake you can get. Everyone at the reception had something to say about how unique it was. All the wonderful accessories I ordered for our reception and wedding ceremony came from the same place, including our champagne flutes and silver cake set. You wouldn’t believe all the nice accessories you can buy online.
Everything at the wedding and reception were fantastic. Plan B never had to be used, since the weather was so beautiful, and thankfully it remained that way through the whole evening. The DJ we hired was really exceptional and I’m sure that the music played on long after my new husband and I left for our honeymoon. There were many good comments about our beautiful wedding ceremony and fun filled reception party we had. I couldn’t have picked a better place than the park for our wedding ceremony and reception party. If we celebrate one of our anniversaries with a wedding renewal, I want to have it in a gorgeous park again.

I went right to my computer and started ordering from the same place I bought all the bridal shower decorations and favors from. I turned on my computer and started ordering supplies online as I did for my wedding accessories. Plenty of ideas and a great variety of party items can be found there. So I went online and started picking out all of the baby shower favors supplies and decorations I could find. I found great ideas there to work with. I found and ordered all everything I needed for our wedding decorations and right after I got them, I started decorating. All tables was set up with baby in mind. In front of every my little guest I putted a cute teddy bear which holded a card with there name, and every one of them had they own buggy favor box filled with candies. The decorative accessories, which I bought online, looked really great and my guests were impressed with the way everything looked. I had a buffet set up with all kinds of foods and snacks, and the cake I bought was chocolate, in honor of the mother to be, who is a chocoholic. Especially for my niece, I covered the cake with adorable decorations and colored it with pink icing. I also picked out an adorable cake topper that were little baby building blocks. I was proud of my cake and the decorations I chose, it looked so perfect.
Everyone liked the little baby bootie candles I had for baby shower favors ideas, and they thought the little favor boxes they came in were adorable too. Decorations and accessories isn’t all they have there, I even bought quite a few baby gifts from there too. I found such adorable little gifts, like the picture album, baby blankets, and layette sets, that I bought for the baby. One of the best things about buying online is that it’s so easy and convenient, not to mention the money I saved. There was everything I needed in baby shower supplies for the perfect party, and I only had to place my order. I was even able to order a baby bingo game for the party.I bought the bingo game for kids from there too. Believe me there is no other place I’d rather go for my party supplies.
We had such a great time and everyone seemed happy with their baby shower favor. We played games, the mother to be opened presents and we all really enjoyed ourselves. I think one of my favorite baby shower games is where you take baby bottles and fill them with liquid and pass them out to each guest. Then everyone has to drink from the bottles until someone finishes their drink and wins the prize. Everyone gave me a picture of themselves when they were babies and I pinned all onto a board. Everyone then had to try to find a match of a baby photo to the adult person. Whichever guest had the most matches won the game. By the way, I also got the baby shower prizes from my favorite online site. Some of the prizes were things like candles, scented soaps and picture frames.

I decided to go online to find a wedding favor pen for my wedding reception, and it turned out to be a great decision! I was right – there were so many options, not just on styles and colors but on weddings as well! There were a lot of choices I was rather captured by, as far as themes for weddings and receptions. Since our ceremony is in January, I thought a winter wonderland wedding and reception would be ideal. When I think of a Christmas wedding ceremony, with a tree and decorations, I almost which we had chosen December as our wedding date. But from all the themed wedding accessories I’ve seen, a winter wedding is beautiful too. A winter wedding was the one I chose. Now it was time to put my plans in motion.
I found the best invitations for a winter wonderland wedding. Then I went for all the winter accessories for our wedding ceremony, from flower girl basket to ring boy pillow. I was thinking I had everything for our winter wedding I could possibly need, but I found out that I had forgotten something. I forgot all about the wedding guest book and wedding pen! Then I checked out all the winter guest books and wedding pen sets available until I found just the right one for our ceremony. There were snowflakes, hints of blue and perfect little crystals on the cover of our winter wedding guestbook. Along with our lovely winter themed guestbook was the winter themed wedding pens to match. Now that I had our winter wedding guestbook and pen, it was time to find the perfect wedding photo album. I couldn’t believe all the gorgeous wedding albums you could get, there were even anniversary albums to choose from. I’ll have to remember this site so I can come back in a few years for my anniversary album.
It was time now, to check out ideas for decorating our reception and getting our supplies. There was everything for the perfect winter wonderland wedding and I started with the crystal champagne flutes with the decorative winter themed stems, designed just like our wedding guest book and pen. They have such beautiful wedding stemware. Our reception tables were absolutely exquisite with all the crystal, candles and centerpieces I picked out. We were also able to get quite a few accessories and supplies at a discount and save money on our wedding expenses, which really helped us out. I was surprised at what little we paid for such exquisite accessories.
They also had the most adorable wedding cake toppers to choose from. It was the perfect wedding topper for the bride and groom and the joys of the winter season. Our cake was five tiers high and covered in sugar snowflakes with blue and red designs of winter. Our choice of a wedding cake stand was a big silver sled. Everyone thought the sled cake stand was quite a unique idea, but I can’t take the credit for it, my fiance came up with that idea.
On our the reception tables for our friends and family I had chosen these adorable little snowmen place card holders. I also chose wedding favors that were little snowflake gel candles for our guests. One of my favorite decorative accessories was the snowflake favor boxes we packaged their gifts in. They were the perfect winter addition to the reception tables. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and the favor pens were a hit! I’m so glad everything turned out so perfect, and I owe it to the great help I got from online shopping. It gave me a lot of help for planning the décor.

Once we decided on a beach wedding, I started looking for all my accessories and supplies they had in a beach motif. The first thing to get was the invitations for our beach themed wedding. One thing I discovered was to be sure you always buy extra invitations, just in case you make a mistake and have yourself a do over, like I did. Now that the invitations were in the mail, it was time to find my beautiful beach wedding dress. With all the selections of beautiful beach dresses and wedding gowns, I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to wear. The full length bridal gowns were so beautiful, but I was afraid they may be too uncomfortable for a beach wedding. I picked out a gorgeous spaghetti strapped dress made of satin and lace with beautiful little beads scattered around it, in a knee length.
The bridesmaids wore lovely little linen halter beach dresses with a crocheted bodice covering. All the groomsmen wore linen white shirts and sand colored pants and my husband, to be looked so handsome in his blue linen shirt and white pants. The little ring boy wore a white cotton shirt and khaki shorts, and our flower girl was so cute in a light fabric sundress. Everyone in the wedding party looked fantastic and the bouquets were absolutely the most beautiful arrangements I could have found.
I kept thinking how I should have bought two wedding photo albums, because I wanted lots of pictures of our wonderful beach wedding and reception. I planned to have pictures of all the fantastic decorations at our wedding and reception and photos of every guest that attended. Pictures of our satin canopy and flowered arch where we stood to take our vows was a definite must. When the ceremony was over, my new husband and I went to our hotel room to change into some more comfortable beach outfits. Although a few of our wedding party went home to change into their beach clothes, there were some that decided to just wear their swimsuits under their wedding clothes. We told all of our guests to dress casually.
Our guests seemed impressed with the wedding accessories for our reception tables that were done in a beach themed décor. There were so many other beach themed accessories to choose from, along with our gorgeous wedding album. The little beach chairs I found worked out perfectly as place card holders and they made great little picture frames too. I really liked them and I’m sure our guests did too. They also had beach wedding favors that I just had to have for our guests. The little tea lights I chose were in the shape of miniature sand castles and to help them keep the memory of our wonderful beach reception. There was so many terrific accessories and beach décor for our reception tables and our wedding table. I not only bought our beach themed wedding cake topper there, but also the cake knife server set, beautiful crystal champagne glasses and lovely wine glasses too.
A lot of our friends and family made comments about out lovely reception décor. To help add to the atmosphere, I also bought some of their beautiful gel candles and placed them on all the tables, along with a few tiki torches here and there. Putting together everything for our wedding and reception was not as hard as I thought it would be, thanks to all the help I had in finding the perfect beach wedding accessories and reception supplies online. The beautiful ocean whitecaps and the warm sandy beach made the perfect dream wedding and reception location.
Now I can look through our special beach leather wedding photo album and enjoy that day once again.

I knew there were a lot of wedding supplies needed when planning a wedding and reception, but I never realized just how much. I’m glad I listened to the girls at work, when they told me I better start my wedding shopping right away. I had no idea taking care of all our dresses and the guys tuxes would be easier than the rest. I found out there is much more to planning the wedding than just the attire. At the top of my to do list was the invitations to our country western themed wedding and reception. Then I went down the list of wholesale wedding supplies I had written out, and crossed them off as I bought them. First off, I needed to find the right decorations for our country themed reception. I decided to take a friends advice and see what there was to offer online before I started going from store to store. It worked out better than I thought it would, there were quite a few selections to choose from.
There were a lot of decorations for all sorts of themed weddings as well as my country themed accessories, right there online. Our tables looked so fantastic with the cute little place card holders I picked out. What better place card holders to have at a wedding reception cookout than little barbecue grills?
For our centerpieces I took metal campfire cups and filled them with wildflowers and placed western garland around them. Included in the wedding reception supplies were fantastic cheap wedding supplies for all our friends and family. In the wedding accessories selection were some super cowboys hats for the bride and groom that I ordered. I ordered the lovely western champagne flutes for the wedding toast that they had, too. I also had them hang white christmas lights all around the reception area and scatter a few old western type lanterns here and there. On our wedding table sat our elaborate wedding cake and atop that cake was a western themed wedding topper that really set the mood for the evening. With all the themed accessories and decorations for the reception and the tables, anyone could pull off the perfect western wedding. I found everything from my wedding album to my serving set, including, little cowboy hats for our tables and a gorgeous wedding guest book and pen set in a uniquely styled western theme. It was so easy to get everything I needed for wedding and reception accessories when it was right there on my computer.
There were some items I did have to pick up at a store, like bales of hay, a couple of big grills, and a few odds and ends to help the theme along. Actually my fiance and his best friend picked up those items for me. They even made a super dance floor for the reception. Not only did we have the newly made dance floor, but a super country band to help us kick up our heels and a great selection of foods to eat. There was all kinds of meat for barbecuing, like chicken, steaks, ribs and more, plus lots of different salads too. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
Some of the guests talked about how good our western accessories and decorations were. Going online to search for accessories and décor ideas really paid off. What I liked the best, was the convenience of having them delivered right to my house and all I had to do was pick out what I wanted and order them. I had no time to go from store to store looking for all the accessories I needed, this way was so much better. I also did pretty good in the overall cost of my accessories since they have such a terrific selection of discount wedding supplies to pick from. I think Valentine’s day is the best day for a wedding. We both wanted a Valentines day wedding. After we picked the church and the place for our reception, I started shopping for what they called the ‘fall in love favor.’ I found the invitations I wanted in no time. What I liked the best about these invitations, was the two little hearts hooked together as a symbol of unity. I messed up the writing on a couple of them, I’m so glad my mom suggested I buy extra just in case.
It was time to start thinking about my wedding accessories and reception supplies, since I’ve got the invitations mailed out. My mom and I went shopping for my bridal dress and shoes, together. When she finally stopped tearing up after I tried on a few dresses, she was very helpful. After hitting every shop in town and checking out the many styles that were available, I found the perfect wedding dress for me. It only took the groom to be and his groomsmen one stop to find their tuxes. I half way expected him to be dressed like a pall bearer, since he took the first thing he looked at. But I was wrong, he did good, and he looked extremely handsome.
After making sure the wedding party’s needs were handled, I started to work on decorations for the church ceremony. I had red roses arranged around the altar and throughout the room, with ribbon and red velvet bows hung on every pew. I bought a gorgeous unity candle with a love theme and surrounded it with lots of other beautiful candles. I was given permission for the flower girl to toss the red and pink flower petals on the aisle. There’s a lot of churches that frown on that tradition, but luckily ours isn’t one of them. It was the perfect wedding ceremony and our church décor was absolutely lovely.
I had many more accessories to buy for our wedding reception than I did the ceremony. Our supplies for the reception started with love theme decorations with a love theme and ended with in love favors. There were bouquets of red roses placed everywhere and little red hearts hung from above. We had a heart shaped arch made of red and white balloons placed on the dance floor where the band was playing.
Our tables were so beautiful with all the lovely centerpieces of flowers and a little cupid in each one. The place card holders were covered with gorgeous little white pearls. I also found very decorative favor boxes for the love favors we had for our guests. Our guests complimented us on our reception table décor and especially the little favor boxes. Our wedding table looked gorgeous too. We were toasted with our lovely crystal heart champagne flutes and next to our wedding cake was our beautiful love cake serving set. But I think our three tiered wedding cake outshined everything on our table. On top of our gorgeous cake sat a love birds cake topper. Our bridal table was so fantastic with the crystal glassware and the beautifully decorated wedding cake.
Shopping online for all the accessories and supplies made this wedding the perfection of glamour and elegance.
After my husband and I returned from our honeymoon, I got started on all the thank you notes for our guests. A lot of the guests sent thank you cards saying what a great time they had, and how much they appreciated the love party favors we bought for them. That was such a thoughtful thing to do.
