I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I was physically fit and I liked working hard to stay that way. The ladies would take a long glance and smile at me as I walked over to them, and while I may not have been the hottest guy in the world, I was plenty hot enough to get the girls that I wanted. Whenever I went to a gym or a beach, I’d always have women looking me over, and I used to love that feeling of getting that attention and feeling the rush of exercising hard.
Even though it wasn’t all that many years ago, depending on how you look at it, my body just wasn’t close to being up to the level of fitness that it was at then. There were no women getting an eyeful of me while I was laying on my favorite futon, I know that much, and it seemed like that’s all I ever felt like doing. When it dawned on me that I didn’t even want women to see how unfit I was now, that’s when I started to really feel uncomfortable about it all. It was like I was in a Twilight Zone episode where it was the same me, but I had gotten transported into a different body.
Then a friend informed me about this supplement he was taking, it was called Growth Rx, and he told me to go online and look up some awesome Growth RX review. His body had definitely been transformed over the previous few months or so, so I told him that I wanted to know if this was the reason for it, and he informed me that this was in fact the reason. I decided that it made sense to look into.
What a great decision that turned out to be. I investigated Growth Rx Hgh thoroughly. Many people were saying good things about it, so the next step was to figure out what was in the supplement. I don’t go for the synthetic stuff, so I was very pleased to see that everything in this product was natural. Then I started reading about the results – increasing muscle mass, reducing body fat, helping recovery, and raising energy levels – and I decided that it was time for me to try it out.
It worked even better than I expected. This is the smallest pants size I’ve worn in a long, long time. My limbs began to look like those of a serious body builder. I was able to step up my work-outs considerably, and I don’t know if that was because my body was recovering so fast from the lifting I was doing or because I had so much more energy. More and more each day, I began to feel like having the same body I did in my twenties was a goal that was now attainable for me. It was great to know that my body was being taken care of, and that definitely had a positive impact on me psychologically as well.
It obviously made me feel like a million dollars when I was out buying some food and a hot young lady stopped and stared at me for several seconds. I just smiled to myself and let her look. I knew that there would be plenty more attention where that came from now that I had found Growth Rx. I still like to relax on the couch, but from now on, I won’t be sitting there all alone.

Awesome Growth RX review
Saturday, May 16th, 2009Awesome selection of mens handkerchiefs!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009Being my first time being married, I wanted to plan a picture perfect wedding shower. I needed help, so I asked my sister if she would like to help me plan it. She agreed and was bedazzled as much as I was. I know there is a lot that goes into planning a wedding shower and I was excited and ready to get started. I have planned showers before and I knew my shower would turn out quite well. I didn’t have a lot of time and I knew I better get started with the planning.
Me and my sister were looking for a place to have the shower and enough space for all the guests. We found a hall close by my home. We then went searching on the internet for all the decorations and gifts. We saw so many themed wedding shower options that were cute. I finally found all my decorations and purchased all the gifts I needed for the wedding shower. It was time to find the shower favors. There was a big variety to choose from. This took some time to figure which one I wanted because they had so many to choose from. When I came across a handkerchief, I knew that is what I wanted my guests to get as a gift. I thought I could purchase one for me and have it on me the day I get married. I seen a awesome silk handkerchief that was so elegant. I was so sure that all my guests would fall in love with the ladies handkerchiefs. I planned to get the lace handkerchief for a shower favor for all my guests.
Everything was turning out. We had the hall and ordered all the decorations, gifts and wedding favors. I needed to figure out what kind of food I was going to have at my shower. I thought about catering it in, but that was pricy. I went through my recipes and found some awesome dinners and side dishes that we could make. Our local bakery makes cakes for showers, so that is who we ordered it from. All the planning was done. I found these luxurious invitations and mailed them out to family and friends. All we needed to now is wait patiently for the day of the shower.
The day finally arrived and we went to hall to set up the shower. It took us about an hour to decorate the hall. When we were finished decorating, the hall looked so good. I even took pictures to remember how it looked. We decorated the tables with a centerpiece and put the cake on the food table. We put a cotton handkerchief at each setting. If you were to walk in the room, you would think how gorgeous it looked.
My guests finally arrived and we all had such a great time. We all enjoyed each other’s company. We had fun playing games and eating. I could hear my guests say how much they loved the handkerchief. I couldn’t believe how many gifts I got from all my guests. It made me sad when the shower was ending, because I really enjoyed myself and my guests did to.
When all my guests were leaving, they all thanked me for such a good time and especially the handkerchief. I was so happy that I picked the handkerchief for my wedding favors. My special day turned out and will be remembered forever. I am so glad that my sister was there to plan the shower with me. It meant so much to me that she was a part of this.|It made me feel good that she was by my side through this.|She really touched my heart during this.[/spin] I picked her to be my maid of honor, because of that.
Awesome Heart Favors!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009You can definitely call their wedding romantic with all the heart wedding accessories they had for decoration. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The radiant cheap hearts favors they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. With the silver on them, they were rather striking. Two wee hearts hung from their unity candle, which was flanked by taper candles sitting in very fine-looking holders. The altar looked fabulous with all the divine flower bouquets and the candle setting. The tulle was strung from pew to pew, with little hearts on the pews as well. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. The bride was so beautiful that you couldn’t take your eyes off of her, and she was the center of an unforgettable ceremony.
Flowers and hearts abounded at the reception dinner. All the centerpieces were bouquets of gallant red and white roses, with little hearts sticking out of each one, and they had little silver hearts wedding place card holders at each table setting. The wine glasses and champagne glasses made the tables sparkle. The bride arranged the tables beautifully. The champagne flutes were long stemmed crystal and the wine glasses were personalized with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. The champagne glasses on bride and groom table were really something special. They had a silver double hearts wedding insignia embossed on them, very similar to the hearts wedding invitation they sent out.
They had a little magnificent hearts wedding cake with five layers of heavenly confection. The cake was a dream for both the eyes and the stomach. Maybe the one place in the whole wedding where there wasn’t a heart was at the top of the cake, where they had a customized miniature replica of the bride and groom that looked exactly like them. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. She took some pictures of her groom and herself, and from that, they put together a cake topper that could have been their twins. I’m sure they’ll treasure that forever.
In the end, we gave a awesome silver hearts wedding to all of the guests. One gift was an amazing votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. A very original idea for them to think of, I felt. Really, there was no shortage of awesome thoughts for the wedding. The whole hearts genre matched Valentine’s Day, but I was still surprised at how many supplies and wedding items she found to fit that theme. I still can’t get over how cool that cake topper was. That’s a great idea for a birthday or any other happy celebration. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. I’m sure the bride and groom are having a great week in Mexico too. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it, and checking out the photos when they get back. From the brochures she showed me, it’s looks magnificent.
Awesome Duck Baby Shower!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009Kids need bathtub toys, and Sesame Street’s Ernie even sang a song about one of the classics, a tune called ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One.’ I wasn’t really sure about this theme at first until I checked out all the cute little accessories and all the possibilities of having duck wedding favors. They are really so cute and it was a lot better than I thought it would be with all the online shopping help I got for ideas. There are a lot of darling little duck favors and decorations to be found on the internet for baby showers and even toddler birthday parties.
I was holding the shower in my rec room in the basement so I had plenty of room to set up indivdual tables to seat four guests at each. I put baby shower gifts in one corner, and then at the opposite end of the den was a table with appetizers, drinks, deserts, and a layered cake in the form of a rubber ducky and the words baby girl written on it. On the wall I had a huge cut out of Daisy Duck and smaller cutouts of Donald, Mickey and the whole Mickey Mouse Gang.
I got pink picture frames with tiny ducks on the edges to use a place card holders for each person’s spot at a table. There were duck favor candles at each table too and on the buffet table were paper plates, cups and napkins all with little baby ducks on them and even the punch bowl was unique. I bought a bathtub for an infant that was in the form of a duck at a local retail place, and I put the punch bowl inside of it. When you looked at it, you just wanted to say, ‘aww, how sweet.’ I got some duck-shaped jello molds, and I put yellow water in them and froze them so that our ice cubes for the shower looked like little yellow ducklings. I took my duck idea to great lenghths.
On the world wide web, I found a bunch of great ideas, and that’s pretty much where I found everything I needed, but I did get a few recommendations from some of the people at my school. I got a delectible duck shower favor that was a candle holder, and some duck shower favors that were rubber ducky bookmarks. Everyone thought they were so cute and they made super party gifts for the games we played too.
I filled a square tub with water and, prior to any guests arriving, I put a bunch of duck bath toys in it. Every duck had a number on the under side of it, and every guest grabbed one duck out of the tub as they walked in. We gave out a prize for the person who had the winning number, which I pulled out of a hat a bit later during the shower. We had a lot of fun with the guess the baby picture game, too. Everyone was asked to bring a baby picture of themselves and I put them all on a board, and hung it on the wall. Everyone looked over the photos and tried to figure out which picture belonged to which person who was present at the shower. The one with the most correct matches won a prize.
We had a lot of fun, great laughs and the mother to be got some really luscious gifts for her little girl. Going on the net to help me put together this shower was an outstanding decision. I pulled off one heck of a baby shower, even though it seemed pretty far-fetched at first. The idea of centering it around ducks made for an absolutely lovable theme.
Awesome Ceramic Wedding Favor!
Saturday, May 16th, 2009I think the hardest part of planning a wedding is deciding on thank you gifts for your friends and family. You can go with delightful crystal favors, ceramic wedding favors, and even a more practical gift like household items. No matter which you consider, you’ll find more than enough to choose from.
I’ve even found ceramic favors for my country themed wedding ceremony and reception party. Favors made of ceramic are perfect for any wedding you want to have. I found these little black ceramic wedding trays and tea caddy s that I thought were really exciting. There were ceramic wedding gifts like candle holders, awesome tea lights, vases and more. Since I consider shopping for the wedding favors as the most difficult part of the planning, plus trying to decide from such a wide variety, I decided that it was the last thing I put on my list of things to do.
So, my tables were first on my list to be accessorized. Picnic tables were the choice for my country western décor, and I put red and white checked tablecloths on each with daisies in little metal buckets to use as centerpieces. The little barbecue grills I picked out as place card holders were so cute, and I thought they would make darling little souvenirs of our reception for our friends and family to keep. I figured little barbecue grills were a neat idea, since we weren’t having a catered reception, but instead, a large family cookout. We had cowboy shaped glasses to drink from and little tiny cowboy hats at each guests place setting to add to the western motif. I chose the really extraordinary honey pots and dippers, with a heart on the end on their handles, as the ceramic wedding favors for our guests, instead of the tea caddy I saw earlier. They were the perfect choice for our country western reception and they looked so cute. Although, I almost went with ceramic wedding candle holders, which were really awesome. Our tables looked fantastic and with all the surrounding décor accessories, it looked like the perfect down home celebration.
We brought in haystacks and scattered them around the area, and hung up white lights that twinkled, all through the trees. Our wedding cake topper was not to be believed, it was figurines of a cowgirl roping her man and hauling him to the altar. We all had a good laugh from our whimsical cake topper. We all had a night to remember, with dancing, partying and lots of great laughs. One of the most creative and enjoyable thing we had going on, was an awesome hayride for everyone, and the kids really got a big kick out of that.
Our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and all the people that cared enough to be in our wedding party received nice little gifts from us too. All the bridesmaids got awesome little ceramic wedding gifts, and the guys got these awesome cowboy steins as wedding thank you gifts. As far as a gift for our ring boy and flower girl, we found adorable little tee shirts that said ‘flower girl’ and ring bearer’on them. Our wedding party and all our guests seemed to like the wedding favors we bought them.
I ordered bride and groom cowboy hats for me and my husband, a few accessories like an adorable western themed guest book and pen set, and a gorgeous wedding album to store the memories of today in. All in all, this country western themed wedding was really more than I had hoped for, it was spectacular and we all had such a great time.
Awesome wedding memory book!
Monday, May 11th, 2009We go through a lot of days that we’d like to be memorable forever in our lifetimes. If only the bridal or baby showers that family and friends gave you , or your wedding day could go on forever. I keep these memories alive with my wedding memory books, which are some of my most treasured possessions. I have one photo wedding book devoted to the bridal shower my sister put on for me with some of my friends. It was a fascinating night, and there are plenty of photographs to prove it. I’ve got pictures of the precious decorations they had for my party and all the places we went that night, and all the fun things we did. The camera doesn’t lie: we had a blast. Some of the exotic male dancers we saw posed for a couple of shots. They didn’t have any trouble holding our attention. That was my only foray into the world of exocitc dancers, and it was memorable. They weren’t the Chippendales, but they were really great to watch.
I got some wedding memory book along with everything else I was buying when I was preparing for our wedding. We had no shortage of pictures to put in it. As a matter of fact, we had so many that I bought a pair of them, and it turns out that we needed both of them. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. One album had a space for our wedding guests to write their names in it. They were both lovely personalized memory books with my first initial on the left, the initial of our last name, and on the right my husbands first initial. The ribbon made of satin and the special fabric made the album have a very classy touch. We had to get more pages for them, and they offer a supply for that too.
A lot of life-changing events are recorded in my photo albums. The number of keepsake memory books I have will only go up since I hang on to them all. Baby shower books, a wedding book, and the one from that bachelorette party are the ones that I have currently. I have a little girl that’s turning three next week and a little baby boy that is only one year old. We got her a pink book and him a blue one because we decided to find out ahead of time what sex they’d be. Their first step and christening and so forth are in the books. I also keep their birth certificates and footprints in their baby memory books along with several pictures of their beautiful little faces. I also put an invitation in the shower books and wedding photo book too. There are picture galleries with fewer photos than I have in my closet.
In spite of my husband’s frequent grumbling, I will keep those albums in my closet, because they are mementos of days that were special to me. With the new video camera I just bought, it’s going to be a little different, because now I have to clear room on some shelves in the den for the videos I’ll be making. So now, with the albums we have and the ones we will probably have in the future and all the videos I plan to record, I’m probably going to need a lot more room than originally planned. Hey, a girls got to have her memories to look back on. These are the most precious years in a mothers life and I’m not letting anything get by me.
Awesome classy groom gift!
Monday, May 11th, 2009The bachelor party, the girls night out party, and engagement parties, all have one thing in common, the bride and groom gifts. There are a lot of neat little gifts that you can give your bride and groom to be at these parties. A number of the gifts my husband and I got were rather remarkable. Of course plain old money works just fine, and that’s what our engagement party gifts consisted of for the most part, but there were a lot of more creative presents as well. We were given movie and dinner certificates, a bottle of champagne we could use for our wedding toast, two tickets to a Reds game, that we really enjoyed, and little things like that. A lot of our relatives gave us presents, even though it was not required for engagement parties.
The guys at the bachelor party got my fiance a shirt that said ‘I survived my bachelor party, but I don’t remember how,’ along with some other crazy shirts and things. He got more than one bride gift, some wine bottles and a sun visor that said ‘Groom’ on it. Plus he got a few things that were gag gifts, like the inflatable lady they handcuffed him too, and the ball and chain they made him wear for the party. He got other mock bride wedding gifts besides, that gave them all some laughs. My girlfriends gave me some smashing bride gifts, but I got my share of joke gifts along with them. They gave me a shimmering white satin purse with a clasp made of crystal on it and a ribbon on top to boot. Inside the bag they had put little gifts like a manicure set, a girls night out tee shirt, a bride to be brooch and a few little necessities a girl likes to have with her. They got me a ‘tonight’ pillow that, when you flipped it over, said ‘not tonight’ to go with whatever mood I’m in. It was certainly the most unique throw pillow I’ve ever seen.
We didn’t get any joke bride and groom wedding gifts on our wedding day. We thought we might get some duplicate gifts, and we did, like a few blenders and a couple more toaster ovens than we really need, but that’s to be expected at such a large ceremony. I was fortunate enough to receive a certain food processor and some fine china that I had requested on my bridal registry. My mother- and father-in-law gave us a bar side set and a pool table, and my husband thought it was absolutely brilliant, and has already planned a get together with the guys. My parents got us tickets to Greece for our honeymoon. Our family and other loved ones really gave us some outstanding wedding presents.
Most of all, our friends and family being at our wedding to share that magical experience with us was the greatest gift. They have shared so much with us, our last night of being single parties, our engagement party, and our wedding and reception. They have always been there for us no matter what, and I’m so glad we have so many wonderful friends and such a devoted family, in our lives. It also helps to have friends that care enough to throw you a wild night with a bachelor party or a mind trippin girls night out bash. With friends like that around, your life will be anything but boring. We will send out thank you cards to all our friends and family, but that doesn’t really show just how much we adore them.
Awesome Party Invitation!
Monday, May 11th, 2009I made a list of everything I’d have to buy for my best friend’s bridal shower, and then once I had that, I got to work. At the top of the list was a bachelorette party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. I hit the jackpot there. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. Some of the deals were just decadent. The shower invitations were very luxurious with pearl edges and silver writing. The site also had standard party invitations, bachelorette party invitations, and many other types of invitations.
I found some fetching place card holders for the party as well, among other things. Another item I picked out for the bride was a sign-in book for guests so that she could keep track of who gave her what gifts easily. There was also a cute idea for a place card holder that I really liked. They had these little plastic handbags that I filled with colorful little candies and found place cards with pink lilies printed on them. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. You should see all the cute little favor boxes you can get for just about any occasion you are planning on celebrating. I chose little floral patterned boxes which I stacked on a cake plate in layers and sat on the gift table. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. I picked out a few knickknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty key chains.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. In the the game ‘Take It Off,’ each person put a bag over their head and they have to take off one piece of clothing when the leader of the game tells them to, and it doesn’t occur to all of the women to take of the bag; it’s very amusing to watch. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. We had a hoot playing bridal bingo and some other activities, too. Looking online saved me a ton of money and exposed me to a lot of options I, otherwise, wouldn’t have known anything about. I know I got a super deal on the favors and invitations I picked out. I paid a fraction of what I had expected, I had lots of accessories to choose from and I didn’t have to go with inferior products. I had to tell the bride to be all about this website I go to, because they have an awesome selection of wedding invitations and favors too, and I thought she should know about it. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. I know it helped to make this bridal shower a success. The attendees all adored their presents and had a wonderful time. The people who took the time to go to the shower will all get thank you cards, which I’m working on now. Naturally, I bought the cards for thank yous over the Intenet as well. Next, I’m helping with my friends sons’ birthday party with the help of my favorite online store.
Awesome Mikasa Crystal Wedding!
Monday, May 11th, 2009All the reception tables were set up with decadent mikasa crystal accessories at a wedding I attended last week. On every table were lovely mikasa wedding favors and mikasa crystal glasses. What excellent taste the bride has in decorating a wedding and reception tables. With all the mikasa accessories she had on the tables, it was a picture of elegance.
They had lovely little place card holders that were the cutest silver doves, with bride and groom placecards on their tails. Her centerpieces were quite swell too and really helped to bring out the ambiance of all the accessories she had decorated the tables with. For her centerpieces she had smashing pillar candles with a floral garnish surrounding them. Their choice of wedding favors were something to acknowledge too. Each one of us received beautiful mikasa crystal wedding favors. The favors boxes with the little thank you hang tags was almost as gorgeous as the mikasa crystal favors that were inside.
Five layers of chocolate heaven with chocolate flavored cream cheese on each and every layer was the choice of wedding cakes they had. She topped the wedding cake with a very exceptional wedding cake topper. She found a place online where she got most of her accessories and supplies that make customized cake toppers. The bride and groom on the cake topper look just like the wedding couple and they did this with only a couple head shot photos of the bride to be and her fiance. It looked just like them. I had to find out where she ordered her wedding accessories from, the cake topper would be great for my mom and dads’ renewal wedding for their anniversary.
The garter toss was really a riot, I laughed so hard. Watching the looks on the guys faces as the groom removed the garter from the brides leg, was priceless. All of them were reaching and pushing into each other with the sole objective of being the one to take home the brides garter. What was really strange was that the winner of the garter toss was talked into participating by the other guys and he was a widower in his 70’s. As the old man walked off with the garter in hand he was smiling from ear to ear.
For the bridal toast we all had crystal champagne flutes, that we were also given to take home, with the names of the bride and groom, and date of the wedding printed on them. As soon as the toast was finished, the happy couple took to the dance floor for the traditional bride and grooms first dance. They made such an attractive couple as they danced across the dance floor. After their first dance was over, the dance floor was over run with couples. I know I went overboard on the dancing, my feet hurt all night long.
We all wished the bride and groom good luck as they left for their honeymoon. Hawaii was the honeymoon destination, from what I was told by one of the guests. Looks like their honeymoon will be just as fabulous as their wedding was. The remaining guests stayed behind for hours and continued to party.
I received my thank you note for my gift and my presence at the wedding and reception, after only two weeks. She really got to these thank you’s quickly. She did let me in on her secret online wedding shopping site, where she supplied the mikasa crystal wedding and ordered that cake topper from. I’m ordering what I need for my parents anniversary wedding party today.
Awesome cheap jewelry box
Monday, May 11th, 2009Today, we have watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes, other types of boxes for jewelry, but years ago, pretty much everything was put into standard jewelry boxes. There are a lot of very decorative ideas for the many different types of boxes. For her wedding day, my daughter got her bridesmaids jewelry boxes, and one for herself as well. In fact, she found even more than that when she went shopping online for all of her wedding accessories and reception supplies. All kinds of ideas are on there for weddings in a specific theme, or more standard, old-fashioned types of weddings. Prince Charming and his lovely princess was the theme that my daughter and her fiance went for. She really did look like Cinderella at the ball in her radiant wedding gown and long veil, and I must admit my son in law looked just as good as Prince Charming in his stunning tux. It was a picturesque wedding. A horse drawn carriage with a driver in classical attire swept the two of them away from the church after the ceremony was over.
We all met at the reception hall which she had elegantly decorated with stunning flower vases and tulle draped in a carousel fashion with little white twinkling lights. The tables at the reception had silvery sparkles and darling flower arrangements, and the bride and groom table sat in front of an arrangement of red and white roses with ivy strung along an arch. The reception tables twinkled even more with the silver tea light dove place card holders she selected. The small jewelry boxes each woman at the wedding got as a favor had crystals and flowers beautifully interwoven in their design. All the guys got a key chain with a frog wearing a crown and royal robe on them, which represented the infamous frog prince. The girls that were in the wedding party got lovely wooden, silver plated cheap jewelry boxes that had black velvet lining. The date of the wedding and name of the happy couple were inscribed in the boxes. The bridesmaids were very appreciative of what my daughter gave them as a thank you gift. It was a box like I used to have, I had no idea it was a cheap jewelry box, it was so expensive looking. The men each got a commemorative inscription in a small plaque and a set of wine related gifts. Those were great, one of a kind thank you gifts, in my opinion.
The three-layered wedding cake they had was topped in debounair fashion with a small castle as the wedding cake topper. The cake knife set and champagne glasses meshed perfectly together with the cake. I couldn’t believe all the fabulous accessories she got and it didn’t cost her anywhere near what I thought it would cost. As mother and father of the bride, we felt obligated to cover the cost of the wedding, but they were adamant about not accepting our assistance.
I felt the warm tears flow down my face as the two of them gracefully floated around the floor for their first dance. It was as if I were watching the real prince and princess in the Cinderella story dancing together. The guys got so rowdy trying to catch the garter, during the garter toss, that they had me laughing to no end. Everything turned out perfect and my little girl got the kind of wedding and reception she always dreamed of. Now they are on a honeymoon she’s always dreamed of. She promised to tell me all about the great places they went to while on their honeymoon, as soon as she gets home.
Great idea for wedding champagne flutes
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009A wintertime theme was my idea of the perfect wedding theme, so we got married in January. A wedding built around snow and ice can be wonderful, and there are plenty of items you can obtain to make it happen. Presents, invitations, reception supplies – you name it, there are all sorts of things out there for any type of wedding decor. Our wedding ceremony color scheme was in silver and wintery blue. We also had fake snow and melted candles at the altar, including our winter themed unity candle. It really was a heavenly wedding ceremony.
At the reception we had white tablecloths with red table runners on each and every reception table there. We put shimmering silver vases in the center of each table and filled them with white orchids, and they matched the winter theme to a tee. Our reception place card holders were ornaments that looked like little snowballs. They double as both card holders and ornaments, and they do a charming job at both. As wedding thank you gifts for our friends and family we decided on these delightful toasting flutes and little novelty champagne bottles favors with bubbles. wedding champagne flutes make greatest little thank you gifts. All of our tables were magnificently set up and shined with all the glitter and glamour of the winter time. The wedding cake topper we picked out was a snowflake made of porcelain, and our three-layered wedding cake sat atop a cake stand that was shaped like a sleigh. Our cake serving set was also a winter themed accessory I found while shopping online. There was an icy blue shade to the handles which was accentuated with white snowflakes. Perfect for our themed reception and the handles matched with the winter wedding guest book and pen I picked out.
The handles on the champagne toasting flute matched the sign in book and cake serving set we had, all with winter designs. They had the little snowflakes and were done in white and icy blue colors and were really exquisite with all the other winter themed accessories on our wedding table. Actually all the tables were exquisite and our guests were very happy with the wedding favors and place card holders they got to take home with them. The mini tiara our flower girl wore was hers to keep, and we got her a necklace besides, which she was very pleased about. Our ring bearer was excited because he got his own tee shirt and a yo-yo made of stainless steel. I got tank tops with crystals spelling out the word bridesmaid on them for all of my girls, plus I got my maid of honor a crystal bracelet besides. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. He bought a best man mug and a neat pen set for the best man, and everyone else received a battery-operated digital clock. It was pretty obvious by the way everyone was laughing and dancing that they were really enjoying themselves at our wedding reception, a quite a few of them thanked us for the smashing gifts we had bought for them as wedding favors.
The array of wedding materials I found on the net made our ceremony and reception a dream come true, for both of us. The prices that we found on the Internet were so good that we saved a significant amount of money by looking there. I found supplies for both the wedding and the honeymoon online. We found a shirt and hats that said ‘Bride’ and ‘Groom’ on them, and a pillow to hang outside our door indicating that we did not wish to be bothered. The decorative little pillow really came in handy.
Great idea for wedding invitation keepsake!
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009I decided that the day I got married was going to be a memorable day for everyone that was close to me. That’s why I decided to choose my accessories and gifts with the thought of momentos in mind. I wanted to get them things that would help them recall how dazzling both our reception and wedding was. I began by selecting keepsake gifts and moved on to things like a wedding invitation keepsake. There were a lot of wedding items to choose from on the internet, with suggestions of very nice items for both ceremonies and receptions. Whatever I needed for my reception, I found it there.
I had a florist come in and make up darling arrangements to put in the middle of each reception table, and alongside them were little ceramic pots with lace that held candles inside. The place card holders, which I also discovered on the Internet, looked exquisite next to the flower arrangements.
I found some lovely little picture frames with beads around them that I could use for my place card holders. As far as gifts for our guests went, I made sure I gave them all practical favors that would also make great wedding keepsake boxes. If you’re giving a present anyway, I’ve always felt that you might as well get something that they can make use of somehow. Otherwise, the recipient of the gift will most likely forget about it shortly after they get it. My loved ones were going to get something they’d genuinely appreciate, if I had anything to say about it. The first thing I picked out for everyone was a bistro coffee mug. It’s a product that any person can utilize, and the ones I got looked really cool. I didn’t even have to worry about repackaging them because the containers they came in were so classy already; all I did was put a decorative hang tag on every one of them.
I found so much online that I could use for our wedding reception. One super item we picked out was our wedding cake topper. I opted to pick out one that would be meaningful to my groom and I.
When we met for the first time, it was at a friends house and we were all engaged in a little friendly game of football on the back lawn. He tried a tackle that was, let’s just say, unforgettable, so I picked out a cake topper of a bride and groom with a football. When I look at the wedding cake topper, I think of both our wedding day and the day he first tried to tackle me. [spin]I was really surprised that I had found such a novel wedding cake topper as this one was, and not only that, I also found spectacular wedding
