Picking out the accessories for my ceremony and the supplies for my reception wasn’t half as hard as trying to choose something nice for my bridesmaids. I had a really difficult time finding exactly what I wanted to get for them. I saw all kinds of possiblities for wedding favors for bridesmaids and wedding guests on the Internet. Narrowing it down was the big challenge. I found some bargains on thank you presents, too. I got a really good deal on a wedding set that had a ring bearer pillow, a flower girl basket, a guest book, a pen, and eight pieces in total. I spent a whole lot less than I expected on that. Instead of having to buy each piece separately, I was able to purchase it all together at a fabulous low price.
While looking for the thank you gifts for my bridesmaids, I found a very smashing jewelry box I thought they all might like to have. Really, there were multiple wedding jewelry boxes that were very fancy. Since I was having such a hard time making up my mind on which one I wanted to order, I decided to move on to the rest of my wedding needs and get back to the thank you gifts for my girls later. I had almost everything I needed for the ceremony, but there was a few more things I needed to pick out for my reception. I didn’t have my wedding cake topper yet, nor did I have the wedding favors for my friends and family, so that’s where I went next. I opted for a bride and groom salt and pepper shaker set and a bottle opener made to look like doves that had a ambrosial chrome finish. The package that the dove bottle openers came in was so pretty that I just used that and didn’t even get any special boxes. The groomsmen all got a Swiss Army Knife type things from my groom, complete with a file and cork screw.
We got a cake topper of pair of newly weds locked in a loving embrace. I almost picked one out that had embossed silver intials and crystals, but after looking through a whole bunch of possibilities, I went with our mini bride and groom. Now, I had everything but the gifts for my girls, so I had to make a final decision. I bought them all a piece of unique wedding jewelry, and I put it in a lovely leather jewelry boxes. I chose a fantastic rhinestone bracelet for all of them. It may sound like that was a bit extravagant, but it wasn’t. The volume of options in discount wedding jewelry was so great, and so good, that I got them some of that and saved a little cash in the process. The pearl wedding jewelry I picked out to wear at my wedding was from the same spot. There were some hands down bargains on very elegant jewelry items. The women in our wedding were elated with what I got them, and the men seemed pretty content with their thank you presents, too.
All my dreams came true on my wedding day; it was absolutely glorious. My single sister caught the bouquet and my brother in law was the winner at the garter toss. Is it just coincidence, or is it fate? If they did get together and someday took the plunge, he would still be my brother in law, but my sister would also be my sister in law too. You never know!
